That doesn't make anyone a threat to the LDM REC, if anyone wants to buy an REC off LDM, they can make an offer and it's up to LDM to decide from there.

The only threat to an LDM REC is LDM themselves, if they fail to front a car for an event which breaches their agreement with the organisers, for example.
