The wonderful Pag has just won CAR magazine's Performance Car of the Year award. They loved everything about it. It completely outclasses the 575 and Murky in their view. Price and styling apart, (neither of which are negotiable) what really impressed them was the completeness of the package, the brakes, steering feel, quality of construction... Their review Lambo's gearlever fell off, as had their first Diablo's review model, a decade previously!
Mr Pagani will never threaten Lambo or Ferrari's business (he's a supplier to Lambo, presumably not gearsticks...) but the whole motoring world now knows who he is. Congratulations! I can't wait to see the C12, Maser/Enzo and new Porsche GT on the same track! |
