Jag made a point worth noting concerning the suspension...I don't know...hope someone can give us more insight on this possibility...

But if they were "Grandfathered" in for FIA-GT as a "Legacy" once the FIA adopted the homologation rule of 25, the Lister apparently isn't a "Legacy" in the ACO's book....because they don't have a history with the ACO in that regard....

I guess they could have given them an exemption, but maybe Lister wanted to run the LMP1 at LM instead and chose to get the permission to switch it as opposed to getting an exemption from the homologation rule for the Storm GT....

who knows...
