Blue should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
Fuel change

I wonder if they can add or deduct fuel between the qualify 1 and 2. Baumgartner obviously had not time to change, but how about others?

Yes you can.

It is the reason they have allowed pit lane refuelling during Q. Even Baumgartner could have a quick pit stop.

We saw the Jordan's do pit stops. One was only a couple of seconds the other about 6s. It has been suggested that this will allow other teams to guess how much fuel was put in the car before the race. However, unless you work for ITV, it is obvious that there is no way of telling what was already in the tank or whether they held the fuel nozzle on for several seconds longer than they needed to.

Don K has a lot of promise if they can keep it on the circuit!
Do you mean that ITV gets special information that the other reporters on site can't get?

They can make as many changes to the car as they like (other than the engine), such as fuel loads, tyres, even wing or brqake balance changes. This has the obvious side-effect of giving teams who run late in the session but set the slowest times very little time to make changes, even though they are the most likely to need to. Another aspect of the qualifying change which seems badly thought-out.

No, I suspect the opposite.
