According to timing Schumacher is 0.234 quicker than RB.

Interesting to see if the Stewards step in and ammend the times.
Well, maybe Siemens has a german-filter in the timeing systems

The sector times given for each driver is his fastest sector recorded.....near the end of the session Rubinho set the fastest sector times for sectors 1 & 2 then ran into the pits....he was about a 1/2 second faster than Michael after the 2nd sector....in the past, drivers would do this alot...work on a particular sector than go slower on the next one...no big deal as this is just a practice session. Ferrari looks like they just might be competetive this year............

The sector times for a driver on the timing screens are the times from the fastest lap of the session.

The sector split times shown on TV are the fastest sector so far by any driver.

"The Brazilian may have gone even faster but got caught behind Jenson Button in the mid-section on a fast lap and set quickest sector times on the following in-lap."

i can't believe Ferrari are such barnstorming tyre shredding lap crushing tarmac smoking animals out of the box- when so much was promised from Williams and Mac- this is going to be a long season- and awash in red-again.
he he
Forza Ferrari!!

Yes didn't think the gap would be quite so big in the first session, but it is only the first session, I suspect the others will close it a bit in the next.
