NI FF1600 @ Silverstone

Just got back and wanted to congratulate everybody taking part in the two NI rounds that were held as part of the BRDC 500 meeting. Really close fierce racing but totally fair, a credit to your championship...come back soon

Probably the one on the back of the picture, as when they got to the right hander at Copse, Mike Edgar [No.3] would have become the slice of bread at the bottom and the one in the middle the filling of the sandwich.
Sorry I can't identify the other two cars. Very poor positioning by the snapper man

I think they're actually heading to the left-hander at Brooklands...

OK Mr Smarty Pants Moderator. Just reverse the positions relative to sandwich making as mentioned above.

It was a Double Dempsey Double as Peter & Morgan took
first and second in both races.
Peter had to fight hard in race one to fend off first
Victor Gibson, who eventually surrendered his
challenge as he spun off taking an optimistic look
down the inside at Copse, and then Morgan who chased
him to the line. Pole position man Neville Smyth
suffered from too much wheel spin on a slippery patch
of track at the start and was unable to turn what was
an excellent qualifying effort into anything better
than 5th.
Race 2 was an easier run to victory for Peter as he
left the field in his tracks. Morgan however had to
fight throughout to hold back the challenges of
Michael Edgar, Neville Smyth and Stuart Kestenbaum,
less than 1.3 seconds covering 2nd to 5th at the end.
Two great races in a day of great racing at
Silverstone that were a perfect advert for Formula
Ford 1600

Unfortunately I didnt have my penis substitute lens with me that day...the image that I've sent to Ian identifies a lot clearer but working back from the camera its Edgar, Dempsey(M), Smyth
I was at Luffield so thats as close as I could get in an instance.
Maybe this'll make up for your dissapointment

Time's were slow in the race's because of all the oil on the track. On Friday's testing i done a 103.36 and peter and victor done a 103.45, Pole on Saturday was a 103.62 track did not feel as good as friday as the historic's were out before us with there well oiled engine's.
