In 2001 the Dutch circuit of Zandvoort will get two top notch events:
Of course the Malboro master will be one of them but in the weekend of the 14th of April this is the expected scenario: European Le Mans Series Deutsche Tourenwagen Masters Dutch Touring Car Championship Toyota Yaris Cup Benelux Formula Ford Championship Renault Clio Cup Dutch Marcos Mantis Challenge This is great |

Where did you hear this ?
I fancy some of that - especially if the ELMS will not be coming back to the UK next year |

If you bother to read, you'll see the date we're talking about is 14th April.
Hey, this could be our big chance - get Dan out of the country and surely customs won't make the mistake of letting him back in for a second time |

Hey... an idea... it's Holland, yes ? Remember Vic Lee's run in with the customs ? Can't be that hard to organise ?

Yes, I'm sure it could be arranged very easily - that's if Rick P's deportation idea hasn't worked by then

Sadly it looks like someone jumped the gun on this
Autosport reports today that DTM will start on April 22nd and that Donington is likely to host the ALMS on 14th April... All together now, ARSE! |

April 14? ALMS? I'll be ready to have a holiday by then and I love ALMS (I plan to see 2 races in Canada this year). Is that for sure?

As it looks like we all got excited about Zandvoort for nothing, I think I'll close this thread.
