Someone should check to make sure it isn't just last years car repainted... Or that there is in fact a motor and gearbox under those covers....

i reckon the bodywork is made out of gaffer tape and cardboard, they bought a nosecone off a gp2 team and built the suspension out of meccano

Any team can "afford" to have a number on their car though. I think pretty much every single car on the grid has a space big enough to put a number the size of HRT's on. Apart from possibly Red Bull and Torro Rosso.
