Greg Murphy Racing Garage Sale??
Interesting to see This ad on my105... for a brand new, unused trailer, similar to the Tasman unit in the picture, that has only just been delivered...
Presumably the need evaporated, or indeed one or more of the income streams (read: drivers) may not be making the same contributions to the team budget as previously envisaged. Mr Lillie's ads also extend to the ex-Tratt trailer Here Seems to be big money for a small team to have almost $500k of haulage equipment for sale.... |

Why would you get rid of a brand spanking new set of B-Double trailers?? Very weird. I wonder whats going to be hauling the outfit around the country now?

Quite often it is better to lease than own. This is an ideal way to raise capital. Sell lease back, there is a whole range of options available to any bisuness's. Perhaps Murph is getting smarter at running a bisuness.

Unless I have missed something, GMR still has the ex-LRT trailer for use by the development series team.
They had purchased the ex-Tratt trailer for use until the Tasman mothership took delivery of their brand new A & B trailers currently in use. So technically they have one trailer per team car... if they wanted to... But it still seems weird that they will sell out of a B-trailer that is unused.. presumably a sister to the Tasman unit... |
