Bottas. Beats both Red Bulls, a Ferrari and the Mercedes that got pushed aside.

To be different (because everyones going to pick Bottas) I'll go with Vettel, simply because he was over a minute ahead of his teammate who was in clean air most of the race, and Vettel almost beat Hamilton. Those Mercedes were clearly the dominant car on the day, with the way Rosberg passed everyone.

While Hamilton was the same distance in front of his teammate, Nico had the puncture, was in traffic most of the race and was 9th on lap one.

Bottas was also good, but he did benefit from punctures for Rosberg, Ricciardo, plus wrong strategy calls for Raikkonen and Verstappen, so in reality might only have been 7th based on his performance alone (assuming Nico passed him).

Hmmm, Lewis won. It has to be said that he was pretty good, but his starts - oh dear! I think he was helped a bit by Ferrari's misstep with Vettel.

Vettel - made a superb start and was pretty fast around here. I think it's one of those victories that got away from him.

Bottas - quite a strong race from him. I think Nico's puncture helped him, but he put in a solid performance.

Sainz - from 20th to 9th is quite an achievement. A shame that the cameras didn't really show much of it on my feed.

Verstappen - His defensive driving and keeping Rosberg at bay was very impressive to watch.

I'm going to give it to Vettel, as I think he could of won - if not for Ferrari's wrong call.

I am going to abstain from voting.....my deepest apologies to everyone.

Vettel was faster than Kimi because he was the only one running the new turbo (Kimi was not). I read that a couple of days ago.

Difficult decision, but I'm going to go for Vettel because of That Start.

Bottas for me. Not an easy choice, because quite a few other drivers had a good afternoon.

Hamilton and Vettel drove very well, Vettel despite making the odd mistake, but the standouts imo would be Bottas for getting a podium in not the most competitive car on pure merit, and Sainz Jr for his charge from 20th to 9th. I've gone for Bottas, he needs more performances like this to enhance his reputation and get a look in from the big boys.

Also, shout out to Verstappen for his defensive drive at the end (although it was only against Rosberg) and Wehrlein I thought had an impressive weekend.

I don't get the Bottas votes.

I can well understand the Vettel ones, but I think the comparison with Raikkonen might be deceptive: rump steak is wonderful if you're comparing it with a Big Mac, but not so great if you compare it with fillet.

Sainz seems to have done really well to drag the Lame Bull up from the back, but we didn't get to see him so I'm not quite sure.

As usual, I tend towards awarding my vote to the winner but I thought his first corner treatment of Rosberg was rather rude, so no.

So that leaves me with the Clearasil Kid. I have a slight reservation over his apparent refusal to move over for Dan when he was asked, but apparently he was conserving tyres and just pulled away in response to the request not to hold up his team-mate. (No doubt that one is locked away in Dan's memory for later, though.) I give my vote to Verstappen primarily for his defence against Rosberg, which was firm, decisive and fair.
