Anyway the Ingall and Morris should keep up the tech content. Morris' arguments on the failings of the superutes was some of the best content going.

Yet was badly timed.
The best racing from Perth was the SuperUtes IMHO.

No idea sorry as I didnt watch them. A 72 second lap, bulk tyre squeal and diesel exhaust noise does not make for inspiring racing.
When they start looking (and going) like the Pikes Peak Tacoma then Ill start paying attention.

Lap times, tyre squeal or engine note are merely superficial.
A race car driven on the edge whether it be the slowest junior speedway sedan or Formula One is what interests me. 😁

The racing when not behind the safety car, has been pretty good considering what they're dealing with.

They can keep up with the safety car now?
But thats the point - considering what they are dealing with. What they are dealing with is nonsense.

I read a comment to the effect that would TC turned down the Foxtel $$$? Perhaps he would have struck a better deal to keep the sport more visible for the majority without Foxtel. Interesting discussion, but ultimately talk is cheap.

Talk is cheap and so will be any offer from a fta channel. They just dont have the money any more. Problem being is Foxtel are going to go the same way, just to a different time scale and extent.

That understeer / oversteer explanation was truly bizarre. Do they really think fans who are so into the sport as to watch a niche podcast are that stupid? Quite insulting really.

Wasn't Cochrane involved in the striking of the supposedly god-awful 2013 TV deal that apparently brought the series to it's knees, given he left at the end of 2012?
Talk is definitely cheap, and it's very easy for TV to do it from the distance he is at.
