Here's the photos.
The organisation was a chaos. 30 minutes before the race start, we went back to the grandstand, but we found lots of people waiting with their Gold tickets, and the grandstand was already full. After loud discussions, we were given pitlane passes. But those grandstands there were full too. We ended up standing on the sand behind the pitlane entry fences, trying to watch the cars above the walls. I could barely watch the rooftop cameras and the odd helmet, whereas shorter people were less fortunate. I have been to other Formula E, TC2000 and Auv races at Punta del Este, and I had never seen such a mess. |

Something more about the organization. As in Buenos Aires last year ticket stated "doors open 8am" (which was already late since P1 started at that exact time). I got there 15 minutes earlier and they tell me "stand will not open till 9".
I started complaining and soon it became loud too. Of course, no responsable people in the place. Went to complain somewhere else and by the time doors opened P1 was history. Of course, when I saw the series last year in Monaco and Paris none of this happened. I started the day really ****ed off. For race time (4pm) I went into the gold grandstand 1h30m earlier and I didn't manage to get a seat too high of course. Was pretty crowded already. |

No, I wasn't refunded. Nobody had any money there, they use third-party "redes de cobranzas" (payment shops).

I won't bother, it would be a waste of time.

Do you think Formula E can become a World Championship sanctioned by FIA?

I don't know the full list of requirements for a FIA World Championship.
Formula E already has multiple manufacturers, and races in multiple continents. |

If not eDams, who else? JRM, no way! One of the most beneficial and valuable gifts we can give to ourselves in this life: is allowing ourselves to be surprised! It is okay if life surprises you. Its a good thing!

Supposedly Saudi Arabia and the Chinese island of Hainan may be added to next season's schedule.
http://e-racing365.com/formula-e/new...-taking-shape/ I can find no other mention of any alleged attempt to arrange a Formula E race in Toronto or Vancouver. After the Formula E event in Montreal last year was unable to attract any private corporate sponsorship and was a financial disaster, it's difficult to believe there would be anyone in Canada now willing to try it again. |

The wonderful thing about the "fastest rising" stat is that it mathematically has to be the fastest rising because it was 0 only a couple of years ago. There is no way it can't be the fastest rising unless it stayed at 0.

Of course Formula E is the fastest rising. There's no way it couldn't be given it started at zero only a handful of years ago. |

On a weekend awash with international motorsport, it's quite easy to compare F1 and the heavily maligned newcomer FE. However it was plain to witness the event in China lacked atmosphere via a crowd, once again. More locals ushered in with free caps, t-shirts and flags...yet still embarrassingly-empty grandstands. This is "the pinnacle" of motorsport, allegedly. The event in Rome was packed, it was buzzing and had a good feel to it. There was genuine interest and excitement in the city. However, come the Monaco GP I expect that to easily surpass the level of excitement at most, if not all FE events. But that doesn't invalidate FE, just shows where an event can be with well over 60 years practice at getting it right. What I'm trying to say to all the negative commentators is give FE a chance...because what many see as the benchmark is often easily forgettable. It should be celebrated for adding to the spectrum of events we can choose to follow or not. One day we may well not have the choice to see any motorsport - electric, petrol, diesel or hydrogen - make the most of it while you can. |
