Peter, it's only the race clerks that are missing - the Speed clerks (self included) are in. Apparently the reason is that all the race clerk licence renewals get sent in together and they were delayed in the post so didn't get to the MSA in time for inclusion. A similar thing happened to the BRSCC clerks a few years ago I believe.
