Anuauto has a lot of promise if they can keep it on the circuit!
Group 1 and a half? (Real Group 1, R.I.P.).

Also note that the class D Golf of Don Hughes was the quickest car out there. Good racing all the way down the grid, I think Matthew Ellis gets the prize for the widest BMW 323i ever to exist anywhere. How on earth he managed to stay ahead of me by using the grass all the way up Hairy Hill I'll never know....

Roll on Donington Park.

Have to agree, it was a superbly hard-fought and close race. And most importantly it was clean. Still can't believe Mark Fowler and Don Hughes side by side for a lap and a half!

Well at least it is painted JCB yellow complete with black warning stripes (I am serious here) so you will have plenty of warning. Actually it looks like I may have to go out with the Pre Historics (fitting place for me) or is that Post Historics, (gets confusing) as I think Group one may have full big grid, thats what I have prepared the thing for so maybe as well. Don't like the look of the timetable for the Post Historic race though as it is before lunch (strange?) and will mean leaving my house about 5am! Oh and don't worry about the mobile chicane joke I promise I will peddle as fast as I can!

When's the Donington round? I realise to my horror that I've not yet supported the series this season.

As it's one of the very best shows in town, I'd rather like to rectify that omission.

Best race I've seen in a long time. If any of you were in that melee I have a ton of pix from that race. If Jim is on here I got plenty of him heading that pack for what I believe was a first win for him.
