CHUM? That's a tad patronising don't you think, I can and do recognise a total racer when I see one, and do give credit where it's due. On Sunday the total racer in that battle was Hamilton and the rule breaker was TGF. May I point you towards the FIA sporting regulations article 20.2, which clearly states: http://argent.fia.com/web/fia-public...30-06-2011.pdf 20.2 Manoeuvres liable to hinder other drivers, such as more than one change of direction to defend a position, deliberate crowding of a car beyond the edge of the track or any other abnormal change of direction, are not permitted. TGF Clearly broke those rules -and then some- by obviously making more than one change of direction, crowding Hamilton beyond the edge of the track and IMO lifting early to force Hamilton to avoid him. He also ruined what could have been a great battle between the eventual top 4 finishers. Yet once again he went unpunished for his discressions where others would have been. I saw a funny post yesterday (I think on Twitter) saying that the poster was surprised that Hamilton didn't find himself in front of the stewards for "Causing Scumacher to weave" LOL No I'm not some crazed and blinkered Hamilton fan before you start, I'm a fan of good clean racing ... something that TGF clearly is not. And no-one can state that he wasn't blocking, when we clearly heard Ross Brawn on the radio telling him to stop it. |
