This is certainly what I've been trying to do, with pointing out the physics of how slowing a car quickly is more dangerous, but I am consistently getting the feeling that this point is being ignored. As you know, that sort of thing frustrates me to no end.
And while you haven't requested such, I do nonetheless apologize for letting my posts get a little...abrasive due to this frustration.
