Remus should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
After careful consideration, I went for Priaulx but not by much from most of the others. From what I saw at Abbey, he was very good under braking despite the weight hadicap. I think Rydell would have won whatever, but Andy obviously gave his all.
I enjoyed the racing, but felt that to really warrant the tag of WTCC the races should have been longer, perhaps 20 laps at least. I understand the commercial thinking behind it, but felt the racing itself suffered somewhat in that it did not allow battles to develop fully. Great to see such a big crowd turn out though - for once I was actually quite pleased to be queing to enter the car parks!

Yup, Other wasn't on the entry list, nor did he do anything interesting.

Why, who do you think is missing? Mods can add it for you, if you're nice.

I have to go with Priaulx for holding onto the Alfas in the first race, and his efforts to grab and retain the lead in the second race. I think Rydell would have beaten him anyway but a real shame that a puncture deprived him of a well deserved second place. Honourable mentions to Rydell (really on it, in the second race) and Tarquini who set his championship challenge up, so convincingly.

Priaulx did a sterling job, no doubt... should have won race 2 but for that tyre letting go

Pluto threw himself on the grenade so Rydell could go mano-a-mano with Andy and try to win - taking one for the team on his first appearance AND then taking runner-up spot to help record SEAT's first-ever 1-2 has got to be GREAT tactics with an eye to the future - plus he was right on the pace, so Kudos there too...

Dirk Muller though... Qualifying Oops aside - and WHAT a goof at Abbey.... haven't seen so much tyre smoke this side of a Valentino Rossi victory celebration!! - 26th (or was it 25th?) to the sharp end in very short order and then getting in there with both sleeves rolled up in race 2, I think he might just have to take it...

I went with Priaulx but can see what Martin is saying about Dirk Muller, Plato did well but I think Andy did the top job with the ammount of weight he had on.

if Priaulx hould have finished race two . he would have been the driver of the day by far.. but at the end of the day .. Tarquini/Rydell for first .. then Priaulx..
