Toronto pre-race activity tonight w/ Scott Dixon

If anyone's interested, Scott Dixon will be at the Bloor Street William Ashley store tonight (Wednesday the 16th). The event announcement is here:

5:00-7:00 PM, although a little bird told me Dixon will arrive around 6:30. I will be there wearing my Honda Indy Toronto photographer hat (metaphorically).

If anyone's confused, the connection is that William Ashley, a fine china and crystal store, supplies the Waterford Crystal trophies for the Toronto races (one of which was famously dropped by Sebastien Bourdais last year). The trophies will also be on display, and Charlie Johnstone, the President of Honda Indy Toronto, will also be on hand. Those of you who hate this race can come and give him an earful if you dare.

Here's a taster photo from last year's event when Dixon opened the Toronto Stock Exchange... prophetically posed in front of the "2inTO" tail logo of the HIT show car. Can he 4-peat this year? Come and ask him tonight!
