Should SPEED CHANNEL have a "F1 Edition" much like "Nascar Edition"?
I like SPEED channel, but not how they treat Formula 1.

Well more coverage is always good for people who want to see it!
Is the NASCAR program any good, would it suit F1, would it be worth watching? The poll isn't really needed though, a bit tacky

Speed Channel shows every Formula One race live! And with
very few exceptions,every qualifying session is live! I think their coverage is pretty good. It's nice to see something other than Nascar. However,here in America, stock car racing is the preferred form. So just sit back and enjoy F1 racing!

an F1 edition would be awesome but its not gonna happen. At least they're gonna be airing 5th gear starting 7/12

speed channel gives what the consumer wants. obviously the u.s. consumer wants a lot of nascar and a small amount of dirt, f1, cart and indy for good measure.
in canada the local sport channels rarely even mention f1. mostly hockey, football, baseball and basketball. shame really. |

I'm sorry but a channel that puts on a show by the title of "Who Wants to Date A Racecar Driver" has problems. The 50% of shows non-Nascar related could atleast be something dealing with racing. Not Reality TV or Tuner Transformations.

Don't be shocked by the reply though. I wrote a nice note that I thought their coverage of NASCAR vs. every other series was unbalanced and I got thinly veiled nasty-gram with references to that week's programming. They were and still are wrong but I got the impression that they don't hear it much. How many times must a Busch race be rerun before it's too much or worse yet the Monday post-NASCAR weekend show that gets played over and over and over.
