Amaroo Park should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
Mark Skaife & Steven Johnson to Perkins Engineering

I dont't know if anyone else saw the V8 Galah err Gala awards on 10 this afternoon. What is the attraction to Larry's old cast off glass. Johnson and Skaife are now wearing them making me wonder are they trying to get in good with LP and get his seat when he retiers. I have heard Larry is pretty good with a dollar and he has sold a few race cars in his time but Glasses what next. I think the other question that needs to be asked what have Johnson and Skaife been doing to make there eye sight get so bad. I have heard more than one person call either of them a ****er over the year.

I hadn't heard about that.
I finished second in a race at Amaroo because Paul and another guy had a prang coming onto the straight and took each other out, and Paul had a spit at everyone! including the Stewards! (Spitting must run in his family)
Peter Hopwood was there that day with Bap, coaching Paul in the art of driving a HQ at Amaroo (he failed), So I don't think there was any longterm blue with Bap and Peter!

At least Skaife would have a stron enough nose to support the massive weight of Larry glass. Actually some CAMS officals could use a pair or 2
