10 Tenths Fans Competition - Round 2
Here are the results from the Malaysia round of the fans competition. I have taken the admin of this over from Adam so please shout out if there are any errors.
Note: Due to some confusion over the interpretation of Q4 in the comp we have decided to allow two answers (9 or 13). In any future questions on lapped drivers, we will follow the official classification of the results - in other words how many classified finishers will be lapped. The questions were: 1. Where will the highest placed Toyota qualify? 2. Which Michelin runner will be highest placed in the race? (car and driver) 3. How many points will BAR score in this race? 4. How many drivers will be lapped in this race? 5. How many drivers will retire on the first lap? 6. Will it rain during the race? 7. How many times will the safety car be deployed in this race? 8. First Retirement? 9. 2nd Retirement? 10. 3rd Retirement? The Answers 1. P 12 - da Matta 2. JPM - Williams 3. 6 4. 9 or 13 - see above. 5. 0 6. Yes 7. 0 8. Webber 9. Ralf Scumacher 10. About controversial interpretation of the lapped drivers question: how about asking : how many UNlapped drivers?
It would eliminate any problem IMO. |

I like climb's suggestion. I wasn't sure how the question would be interpreted - with 7 cars on the lead lap, I'd've taken it to be 13, irrespective of the number of retirements.
2 points isn't great, but at least I'm scoring consistantly. |
