Minardi fan should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
Help required in setting up my Beetle Rsi!!!

On GT3 my Beetle Rsi is suffering from chronic back-end understeer through fast corners. Any tips??? (I have no idea when it comes to car set-ups...)

Back end understeer eh, from a remark like that one would never have guessed setting up isn't your forte Do you mean understeer (it goes straight on) or oversteer (its always going sideways - back end sliding out). I'm assuming as its front drive (yuck) its understeer and might want to soften the front a bit (more mechanical grip) or stiffen the rear to get the same effect or wind the brake balance to be more to the rear and brake into the corner to unsettle the rear. Failing that you could try softer tyres on the front than on the back.

Anyone else out there actually know what they're doing? (As I don't really).

The car turns in fine, but then it feels like the back-end simply won't turn. It starts turning but gets to a point when it starts going in a straight line. Therefore the other cars just pull away.

MF,
You need to stiffen the rear, put more camber on the front (depends how fast the track is...), maybe raise the rear ride height a little...
Cheers
