renaultbel should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
Jean Todt, Ross Brawn, M. Schumacher ?

In some other tread they where only are talking about TGF but the contract of Jean Todt and Ross Brawn are also going to end in 2004. So my Question is what if the WHOLE Ferrari is going to go after 2004 because I driver you can replace but not a whole team. In my eyes it is not a driver that make's a team but it is the whole team. Jean and Ross are 1 of the best of the world so they are going to be a even great lost to the Ferrari team like TGF

renaultbel,

you've raised the right question. The team manegement means not less than the drivers. Just look at BAR: they have 2 excelent drivers, but they can't reach something because of poor management of Creig.

Everybody in Ferrari has his own choice and his own career. Maybe Jean Todt considered his target to get WDC for TGF, if yes, it's nothing to improve for him after TGF's leave. But if Ferrari is able to find new motivation for him as well as for Ross, they won't leave.

I think Ferrari should offer a management post to TGF.

This IS Ferrari we're talking about. When that lot go they'll slump into their usual state of crisis and not win anything ever for the next 10 years. OR they could continue to rule the world. (yipee!)

Yes the gang of three.

How we wish they would take the money and run.

Succession planning?

I hope not.

It's not exactly an Italian strong point, and FIAT has had some very rough patches in their history as well. Moving the #1 driver into a management position is something for them to think about very carefully, particularly when he is a foreigner. I can definitly see TGF in a management role, but Mercedes or BMW seem more likely employers or partners than Ferrari.
