Fujitsu Development Series @ Willowbank
Who will win, who will spin.. who will end up with a grin
No entry list on the official site just yet (its only 10 days away after all ) Can Tony D'Alberto maintain the rage? Or is there someone else on the same page? For me... given its the test track of quite a few teams.. and there is a ride car or two that get some workout... it would be hard to bet against Andrew Thompson.... |

Interesting that Mr Evangelou is entered for Queensland but has lost the backing of Dexion.... presumably the Dexion budget is being soaked up by the prominent signage on the 888 main series cars.....

I have heard that Jack Elsegood may make his Development Series debut at the QLD round, if this is the case he will definately be one to watch. Even though he has little experience in the cars he is quick and seems to learn and adapt quickly.

It will be very surprising if Thompson doesn't win this round. |

Is that confirmed, I read the article as he would be in the Prodigy car, then it said hopefully he will compete in some of the rounds for this year?

Any chance of an entry list on the Supercar site? Only a week to go and apparently no one at Supercar HQ has a clue about who is running....
This happens too frequently. Other less high profile and resourced categories can get an entry list out and about well in advance of a meeting. Not good enough!! |

Great entry! (Still not up on the official site by the way). What is grid capacity?
A few interesting entries....2 new AU entries for Steve Voight and Rod Dawson and a Nemo entry for Chris Pither. Any idea where these cars have come from? We know the MWR entries will be for Tim Slade amd Marcus Marshall and it seems the 61 car will have Jack Elsegood at the wheel. Still a few TBAs though. Oh, and surely that's Damien White in the WPR car, not Stephen White? |

It seems the Evangelou BA may have found a home for the rest of the year with the HPM team, for Luke Youlden to drive. Good move if this is so....

Yeah, just read the same. Youlden has been wasted in the old AU.

Woohoo! An Entry List
Whispers from the powder room suggest that Kiwi John McIntyre may be playing himself into V8Supercars at the Queensland round, aboard a development series Falcon. A few laps aboard a JDR Commodore earlier this week seems to have whetted the appetite. |

Ryal Harris is rumoured to be trying to get a drive in the development series from what i hear.
Isn't the Wakefield car supposed to be a BA now, same applying in the Youlden case. Last edited by pete55; 13 Jul 2007 at 06:34. |

Yes I thought the ex Optima brand new BA was in the frame there.
Guess Rod Dawson is in the ex Gary Deane ex Briggs AU.... And Scott Loadsman is VZ mounted these days, in the ex PMM Earnhardt chassis, isn't he? |

a Updated Entry List...
I think I'll just post a damn link seeing as the way I copied the entry list didnt work.. http://www.v8supercar.com.au/v8data/...&eid=241&ind=N and ill be ****ed if that link dont work either... Not sure where the #30 Evangelou Entry as gone.. Theres a article in 321 Ignition Magazine about Dexion and it sed one wonders that Dexion upped the sponsorship budget making the drive for Tim Slade more expensive... Last edited by Prickly_Goo; 13 Jul 2007 at 10:58. Reason: Table didnt work.. stupid thing... |

The former #30 car is going to be driven by Luke Youlden in HPM colours.

i thought the 2 GMRA boys were in last years Tasman VZ's not VY's? Youlden should go well in an updated car , V8 site was being very lazy.
