Christian Lundgaard became the first victim of COVID-19 in motorsport.

Probably a bit misleading to refer to him as a 'victim'?

He has to quarantine because one of the guest who stayed on the same hotel got virus infection. An indirect consequence. IMO victims are not only includes those got infected.

I don't think he's been harmed, injured or killed though?

Somebody like me also use the word "victim" to those who is being affected by a event, not only under the situation for being injured or killed. Like many citizens are the victim from the current economic crisis......

Yes - harmed, injured, suffered or killed 'because of the actions of someone or something else, or because of illness or chance'.

COVID-19 is the virus - I am not aware that the virus has harmed, injured, suffered or killed 'Lundgaard'. If you consider being placed under a quarantine as suffering, then it may be right to describe him as a victim of the quarantining, but not of the virus itself. Probably better to reserve that description to those who have actually contracted COVID-19?

If your finances have suffered as a result of the economic crisis, you may be a victim of it. If someone is a 'victim', it helps to be accurate in referring to what they are a victim of accurately.

There has been testing over 3 days at Sakhir (thanks peebee2)

Ghiotto was fastest over the test with Trident with rookie Drugovich next up, impressing for MP and Aitken 3rd with Campos.

Worryingly for a category that perhaps already places too much emphasis on tyre management Robert Schwartzman reckons that the new "18 rubber gives the driver even less tyre life!

Maini? He raced the Asian Le Mans Series after the F2 season finished. Maybe endurance is his next possibility?

Following the decision to postpone the F1 Bahrain GP, the first round of FIA F2 championship will also be postponed.

F2 June, and F3 July?

Why wouldn't they start in the same month as F1?

It's very likely to be somewhere in Europe I would have thought?

F3 did not race at Monaco and Baku originally. The earliest round possible could be at RBR in July

A way too long. Let's see if the whole 30-car field will stay the same until that weekend in June.

The season opener for FIA F2 is delayed to July, after the decision to "postpone" the Baku GP.

The F2 drivers will be hoping for the season to start. As they will want to get a seat in for 2021

Just cause you're fast in super mario kart, it doesn't mean you gonna be a F1 World Champion.
