NASCAR in Primetime
How many of you are watching "NASCAR in Primetime", a 5 episode TV special by ABC Network. I have watched the first 2 episodes and they were pretty good I thought. ABC filmed Nascar for 5 months and are showing what is supposed to be somewhat inside nascar. They are focusing on 3 drivers, Johnny Sauter (a young and upcoming?), Montoya, and Mark Martin. I have come to like Connie Montoya, she seems to be OK.

While I'm not exactly running to a free TV to watch every time, I caught the episode with them at Atlanta. Connie has a pretty good understanding of what Juan's got on his hands (then again, the Montoya's are hardly strangers to U.S. ovals, or circuits here in general).
Of course, for someone like me who knows the terms and whatnot well by now, it's always like every time someone has to explain "drafting" or "aero push/aero loose", I just do the whole "Here we go again...." shtick. But then again, I would have been surprised if they didn't explain them. I'm assuming I already missed the Bristol episode, yes? |

Connie Montoya is a legend, as well as being extremely fit.
 Properly interested in JPM's racing and doesn't have to wear a race suit to try and prove it (unless she has since started wearing them, in which case I'm talking cack). |

I actually managed to get hold of a few episodes of this. The Coca Cola 600, Sonoma and Talladega episodes.
Crikey, how scary is Johnny Sauter's chick? Proper nutjob!  Are they still together?
