Commission Overturns Kyle Penalty
The Commission overturns the Kyle Busch penalty over the intake manifold in the Busch race. Who says that penalties are cast in concrete.

There was a penalty overturned for Robert Yates Racing for using unapproved shocks at Montreal.
It's all pretty interesting since in the 6 years or so I've been following NASCAR I can't remember them ever overturning a penalty. J.D. |
