After a few peoples great help with a few of the logos on the ANZ sierra, we need help with just 1 logo this time for the 1990 Moffat ANZ sierra.
I have a pic here which shows the logo I need. It is the round yellow/green circle under the CAMS sticker. DrBob and I would appreciate the help.

This pic is better but no cigar... the logos only appeared on raceday 1990, and for some reason there are few shots in the official book

E-mailed you some mate, may not help with the one you are looking for, just other randoms on both ANZ cars, are you sure it was there? Where did the Model photo come from?

If you watch the 1990 video there is some great shots of the car when it is in the pits and you can see the logo, but being VHS it is too blurry when you pause it.

The sticker in question is a Dunlop sticker from 1988 celebrating the 100th year of the company. They ended up finding one of the stickers still stuck to a locker at Stuckey Tyres!

The picture of the logo in the Biante thread is long gone, but I have it saved somewhere. I'll put it up later tonight.

Why would that sticker then not appear on HRT, DJR or Larry's cars (or any of the Privateers for that matter?)? May have had some relation to the running Moffat did in Japan?

The Wacker Commodore is the ex McLeod car. McLeod had raced the car at the 87 Sandown 500 with Peter Fitzgerald and had entered Bathurst. When McLeod was offered the HDT ride (replacing Neil Crompton who had not contested sufficent races for the FIA), a deal was done for Peter Janson to drive, with McLeod's sponsor Petro Tech remaining as title sponsor.

It was built in 85 as a VK at McLeod's Wollongong workshop. It was converted to a VL for the Adelaide GP at the end of 87 and upgraded to TWR specs for Bathurst 88, the only race it ran in with Yellow Pages sponsorship.

The 1986 Bathurst winner, after it had been painted white, and the Chickadee livery was redone. I would have thought they would strip all the outer panels off it so it could be put back to original...
