fazzaz has a lot of promise if they can keep it on the circuit!
Vagn,

The first question: Has the photo been reversed? All real T60s and T61s were RHD, not LHD as in the photo. Then, the chassis tubes (size and placement) do not seem to match a real Birdcage. There are several other small things which seem to be wrong.

I don't know this car, but I have to believe that it is not a real (original) Birdcage.

This could be a Tipo 65, that had a 5litre V8 engine.

.... apart from the fact that the Tipo 65 (there was only one) was rear-engined.

It's fairly obviously a fake/replica/reproduction of some sort. Probably built for road use, as it's LHD.

That is my thought. I've seen a modern "replica" of an A6GCS (more or less) with a Chevy V8; the valve covers were nicely stamped "Maserati".

I have to assume that this is much the same thing, but using a V8 from a Ghibli or such. Almost nothing in the photo matches a real Birdcage.
