Can I get a copy of the rules for entering Le Mans? (Yeah, I think I'll race my Rothmans Porsche! ) Are they on the Net or do I have to write for those?

Try this link to the ACO site. I tried but it would not open the rules for the classes, good luck though. It will be good to see a 917 or a 956 again at LM, If you need another driver I might just be avaiable

http://www.lemans.org/24h_mans/aco_gb.html

Mind you,the rules in the past have tended to bend in the favor of French cars and so are open to all sorts of misunderstandings.

Thanks, that's just what I wanted. It also answered two of my long-time questions (1) what made the Merecedes CLR flip? and (2) What is a diffuser?

A very good site!

P.S. the guy who drives my race car says the Rothmans Porsche probably won't run, much less race. He lacks romanticism. Time will tell.

Liz,

I just had a look at Club Arnarge site. No a 917 / 956 / 965 will not qualify for GT3.

Is there something you should be telling us ???

Simon

Oh come on, if that Deborah can qualify, anything can qualify!

P.S. "Bulletins as they arrive".
