75% aren't from England nor are they British.

The issue is that the FIA can be perceived to be biased even if they aren't. This is because their rulings aren't consistent and it is quite easy to see the possibility of bias.
- ok, so sorry for that - I feel stupid

But my point in the response was that it is not a name, institution who makes a decision, but the people who work there.

reading that stewart of the meeting in China is Tomczyk doesnt really makes wonder whats going on there . Tomczyk is Mercedes bought as he proves in the various behind the scene DTM battles. this guy as a stewart of the meeting is a complete wrong decision.... felt by whom ever
