19dodge should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
10/10th's ALMS Fantasy Challenge Results + Standings

i added them up tonight after the provisional results. if anything changes, i will recaculate the points, and new standingd will be issued.

here are the results and standings from sebring (some people got +1 since they pre-registered)

1st. Discogoober (100 pts)
2nd. 19dodge (92 pts)
3rd. The Badger (78 pts)
4th. rdjones (68 pts)
5th. Skycafe (54 pts)
6th. adcol (52 pts)
= Patrick B (52 pts)
8th. Tim Northcutt (48 pts)
9th. Jhansen (41 pts)
10th. Duffacus (35 pts)
11th. The Treester (34 pts)
12th. Billnchristy (33 pts)
13th. BobN (6 pts)
= SaleenS7R (6 pts)

i really couldnt believe how some people got nearly 100 points, where others got so few points.. I never thought it would span from 100-6. i guess its just 66% a guessing game and 33% using your brain (something like that) if anyone thinks that they didnt recieve the correct amount of points, please PM me. i may have missed counting something (even though i triple checked everything). i suggest that you guys keep track of your points, and make sure that im not making any kind of small mistakes.

for the next alms race, i think i will adopt a new scoring system. I think we will just pick the top 3 in each class + the pole sitters. We will keep this format (the one we used for Sebring) for the LMES and FIA GT (as well as the Petit Le Mans , and the 24hrs of Le Mans) this took alot of work to caculate (i actually ended up printing out sheets and writing in in everyone's predictions in a template sheet) - i hope to find a better and easier way to do it next weekend with the FIA GT.

hope everyone enjoyed Sebring. I think it was one heck of a race!

yea, i was actually surprised that i correctly picked the top 4 in LMP1 and #2-5 correctly in LMP2. i think it was kinda luck. lol

right now there are no prizes, but most likely, the winner of the championship will get something at least (posters, etc)

i couldnt belive how good the Rollcentre Dallara was going. i guessed it would be in 4th in LMP1, just because it was my favorite team, but i realistically didnt expect them to get 4th! hehe.

everyone: remember to sign up for the FIA GT challenge. that race next sunday is going to be very exciting. i have a rough list of predictions, but there are so many cars in GT, and so many possible combinations. its going to be tough!

there's alot of uncertain teams ATM. how well will JMB do? will the GPC team run at the front? will JCW in the Creation Lister get on the podium? Will the Saleens be reliable? How will the Nash saleen do? In the alms, lots of these teams have been around for years. in FIA GT, there are some new teams, with new driver combos. Plus, you have 19 cars in one class alone. maybe its just me, but its really tough to predict the top 8 in GT

yea, but you probably got a good pick. the fastest car is usually the lead car, and the #17 is the lead car.

huh! I ended up somewhat better then I thought I would. Good old Sebring, what a car wrecker...I just didn't calculate right!

Lower prize level possibly include a Pirelli girl? They left me speachless......
