So now the beancounters have had their say, and a final track layout has been released, it looks more and more like an it-breaks-all-the-rules-but-its-still-a-really-really-good-idea type decision.
Personally I'd take a 9:1 return anytime, but then again, I'm not the council.


Its still going to be bloody fast down Jervois Quay!
