What is happening about the prancing horse falcon and what franchise has it got level 1,2 or 3

They are level three atm, but they have to boy a level one franchise....who knows what is happening there..

Rumour had it a few weeks ago they were attempting to sweet talk John Faulkner to buy his level one franchise and maybe run him as well.
