Which engine for... Honda?
Does anyone know what engine honda will be running?
Should it be an Honda engine, wouldn't all this "retiring" from F1 thing seem like a big publicity stunt? |

Definitely Mercedes, although it's not certain if that deal also includes the transmission and KERS.

I can't believe honda doesnt use one of its own engines.
surely if nothing else the car should at least be powered by honda engines. |

I think this link will once and for all substantiate the fact that Honda now have Mercedes engines.

The Honda engine along with the Renault engine were due an agreed upgrade to bring them into line with the other engines on the grid. If the honda engine wasnt upgraded, it would make sense to use a proven alternative.

VJ agreed to it. It has to be with consent from the team they are providing to, and VJ was unselfish and agreed to it. Good man!

Brawn Racing will be running Mercedes engines with Mclaren transmission. It is not known if the KERS system will be included.
