Radstrom Out of the Rally of Germany.
Tomas Radstrom is out of the Rally of Germany due to broken ribs suffered when he crashed into the tree at the next to last stage in Finland. Citroen tabbed Jesus Puras to replace Radstrom for the factory team's last rally of the year. Puras will be in the privateer Xsaras with Bulgaski in the San Remo Rally.
