Scrutineering takes place in the car park outside the Town Hall and competitors receive a bottle of the local cider when signing on!

The cars then drive along the public roads (amongst the traffic) back to the paddock at the top of the hill!

Simon Taylor was competing with his HWM.

Early runners queue to go back down the hill to start again.

That looks wonderfully scenic, Alan, and a huge amount of fun for all involved. Thanks for posting the photos - really enjoyed them.

Date in the Title seems wrong - don't suppose I am the first in line to mention that.

Looks like great fun, where, when, how etc. Is there a web site or any entry regs available - could be a good little long weekend event for next year.

I found it quite difficult getting info but there's some in the CHALLENGE FRANCO-BRITANNIQUE DES DEUX CÔTES section on the Prescott website.

I've finally found a bit of time to sort out the rest of my Etretat & Benouville Hillclimb photos and put them on Flickr.
