Volvo's next touring car? (basis)

Could this be the basis for Volvo/Prodive's S60?
It's currently a one-make challenge car in Sweden, so maybe Volvo have started testing early.......

So is the S60 Challenge going to replace the one make S40 series? Having a one makes S60 challenge could prove to be advantageous as engineers can possibly get some feedback for some race mods that can late be applied to the BCTC series? And the car looks awesome too!!

does everone think that Volvo will enter ETCC and BTCC, or just ETCC, or maybe just BTCC. I cant see prodrive staying away from the BTCC for too long.

The S60 Challenge will consist of only S60 with 2.3 litres 5 cylinder turbocharged engines with around 265 hp. They will have 18" alloys, racekatalys etc. People who have seen the cars, and heard them says they look great and especially sound great. One car will cost about 300.000 swedish kronor to buy.

S60 Challenge will replace the JTCC (S40 cars only), only this thime it will not be a age limit at 24. Everyone from 17 years and older are free to join.

Volvo will most certainly enter the ETCC. Wheter they will enter the BTCC is unsure, though they have said they are interested in it but that the ETCC is the main focus. But who knows...

I can't see Volvo, Prodrive or Rickard Rydell wanting to stay away from the BTCC for long.
