Higgins gained a 12 second lead in front of Block after stage 8. Block led prior to stage 8.

Block went off near the end of Stage 12. Higgins and Drew champions for 2013.

Would have been nice to have seen Block put a title to his name, especially after his pace in the last few rallies. Alway pleased to see Higgins and Subaru taking a title though, so good job from them!
