After the way they were treated at Sebring it's very unlikely that we'll see them back in IMSA sanctioned racing any time soon. https://www.dailysportscar.com/?p=3897 about halfway down the page.

It's the same people running Petit LeMans, so I don't think it would be any different. http://www.racer.com/aston-martin-tr...rticle/313495/ Quote:

They wont be allowed unless they commit full season. Unless uscc heads have a change of heart.

Some potentially huge factory entries could be turned away at the door. Not what I want to see. The USCC has to be careful when it cones to backing full-season entrants who bring two cars to Daytona but then just drop down to one for the rest of the year.

That though has not really been much of an issue in GA or ALMS in recent years. It’s a bit off topic in this thread, but I’ll post a breakdown in the 2014 USCC thread later today or tomorrow.

Alas I bet there won't be too many Euro teams this year. I expect the ELMS P2 teams that could conceivably afford it would rather save any race-in-America budget for next year, when they will be competing for the overall win? If Oak wasn't running 3 WEC cars I'd bet they would be a candidate for marketing purposes. Otherwise, Greaves with Zugel, maybe? |

Aston is NOT confirmed. Nor is Zytek. Nor Project Libra. Only Rebellion.

Some 3rd driver announcements: Muscle Milk - Romain Dumas Extreme Speed Motorsports (01) - David Brabham RSR Racing - Duncan Ende (still need to find am-driver) John Hindaugh will not be announcing Petit Le Mans since he will be covering WEC Fuji that weekend Falken Tire will finish the season with the 2010-spec 911 GT3 RSR |

Big weekend, but can't be two places at once.
