David Paterson at Bathurst
David Paterson is competing at Bathurst this weekend in his Torano XU1.
So far today they have had their first practice session and qualifying. out of a field of 49 cars David finished 36th in the first practice and then went on and qualified in 37th out of 52 cars. A pretty good effort and their first race comes up later this afternoon

Dave's had his first race , starting 37th and has finished the race in 31st out of 43 finishers.
Good effort and hopefully he can improve on that performance tomorrow

and he did Improve , today he finished 27th in a field that seemed to have a heck of alot of DNF's.
One more race tomorrow for dave then he can get some serious drinking done watching the 1000 on Sunday

and Dave has had his final race for the weekend and finished it in 24th.
good weekend for him really , improving his position everytime he has gone out and the car is apparently still straight. now he can sit back and relax and watch the 1000. Well done patto

Thanks Marcus, appreciate the support.
I had a great weekend and was rather sad when it was time to leave. Didn't put a mark on the car and didn't break anything expensive. Can't wait to go back next year.
