Thanks flaggie 1 & pitpopsie
Thanks for the replying to my plight of left handed flagging. It was reassuring to know I was not the only one who had the promblem and when I spoke about this web site and the replies, found out I was not alone as well.
We have just had a three day event,( the Australian superbike championship r5 at queensland raceway)so on the friday which was practice I was also able to practice what you both had said in your replies and finally by the end of the day had worked out a system. Still have a feeling it has something to do with the way the flags are placed on the poles as after using one set all day moved over to a point with an older set of flags and they twisted again so went back to the set I had been using all day and worries. Once agian thanks for your help and who knows might meet you one day flagging somewhere. |
