Two drivers confirmed so far. It doesn't look bright.

If that's the case then they could possibly run them alongside W-Series. But it's still early and it could pick up/there may be a few yet to be announced deals.

There are new teams confirmed almost every day. 10 teams confimed so far. 20 cars on the grid expected.
But yes, there are way to many F3 series...

Teams asking budgets with no drivers interested doesn’t mean a grid...

Should boost the Euroformula Open grid though, as those with cars and deals can shift seamlessly across. Better to have one championship doing well than two struggling

Should be able to switch to the Euro Formula although the cars are more different and simpler than you think, a lot more than just the engines, so quite a but of work to do, and they’ve already broken the testing rules, but I’m sure they could sort that.

Shame really, would have been nice to see true F3 cars giving young drivers a go

This series was never really likely to happen over and above some of the silly claims that came out about entries. Just not attractive and budget too high.

The FIA is responsible for this. One F3 less is never good.
Speaking of which, any news about the Formula Regional European Championship?

The guy was not good enough for Scuderia Ferrari and he is currently too busy with his blue collar job at Lamborghini. He hasn't time for "minor series".

Horrible name to start. FIA introduced the F3 Regional concept but after the very same FIA doesn't allow the F3 Regional series to be called "F3"...

and of course, we still have british f3 being called british f3 when it isn't actually f3 in the slightest.
16-18 cars for the first round which is a pretty decent grid all things considering.

Maybe they should replace FEM at the Zolder DTM Round?
