September Social Evening

South Midlands region September social evening will be on Tuesday the 30th.

The speaker will be Morgan driver Keith Ahlers, as well as his historic cars Keith has also raced modern cars in British GT and ALMS.

Once again all marshals are welcome and the evening will start at 8pm in The White Horse in Silverstone village.

Another excellent evening, with a good turnout to chat with Keith. Only 15 Morgans sitting in the garage huh?

Also thanks to bauble for pulling some names out of the hat for more cracking goodies - great bonus to have Keith sign the photos!

Many thanks for allowing a stranger to attend the monthly prayer meeting, and Temperance Society booze-up.

Thank you also to who ever it was that bought me a drink (not sure I said thank you on the night).

Thoroughly enjoyed Keith's talk, very relaxed in style and quite absorbing in content, how the other half live. Eh?

Twenty seven cars including 17 Morgans was it? I couldn't even get that many in my garden, let alone a garage.

Very interesting trying to work out where I knew so many people from. Turns out they were all marshals dressed in funny clothes, no wonder I did not recognise them. We must do it again sometime.
