I'll go for Martin Byford and how's about Brillant Bob for a podium in the rain - that would make my day!

If it's wet, my two tips to watch are Kirkaldy and Martin Johnson - he always goes a lot better on a damp or wet track.
Mind you, Buxton was pretty awesome in last year's Snetterton (night) round on a wet track. He won by miles, while Mark Davies was a good fourth. Always good to have a few 'dark horses' ... Finishing well in Sunday's race is critical as the result will determine the starting grid positions for Monday's race. |

Great win for Buxton in the first race. Did everything right under pressure from Rivett although Jo Kraemer in the middle of the track through Bridge on the last lap scared the s**t out of him.
Good race from Byford to get back up to third after being nerfed down to sixth by Murray. This is turning out to be a corking title race. Can't wait for 5.10pm Monday! |

What a second race! Despite the nine laps behind the S/C after Spencer Griffiths totalled it between Priory and Brooklands. The last I heard was he'd got a sore neck and had gone to hospital but otherwise he seems to be all right, thank goodness.
Kirkaldy had it in the bag until Abbey on the last lap when he ran straight on and Rivett snuck by for an unlikely win. To really make his day, Byford didn't finish (puncture while lying third) and Buxton was back in 8th after tumbling to last on lap one. Great recovery drive in a pretty mangled car. Huff's fourth puts him second in the championship while Daniel Stilp's third for Tracsport - the first ever podium in Clios - was also memorable. |

Has Daniel Stilp got a brother called Jonathon? Does anyone know about his racing past or where I can find it out.
Cheers |

Daniel's a plumber from Northampton! He's married with two children.
His past racing experience includes quite a bit of karting, Formula First (he won the winter title in 94) and some hillclimbing. Before Silverstone this weekend, he's only ever done one 'saloon' car race - in MGFs at Silverstone a couple of years ago. And he's clearly bloody quick! |
