Well, let's see, how Hirvonen drives without a tight leash, like on his drive on M-Sport Ford, where the most important thing was to finnish, not to drive as fast as you can...

Very similar to what they did with Solberg and Martin a while ago don't you think. And also similar to what Wilson has done at Ford with Duval, Latvala and ahem Hirvonen!

Horvonen's drive is only for a year though isn't it? Unless Subaru can run 3 cars in 2005, I'm guessing that Burns will be running extensive testing sessions once he's fully recovered (n about 6 months time).

The contract of Hirvonen is 1+1+1+2 years. I don't know, why they did this long contract.

I just watched Rally Sweden on Speed. At the end of the program , Nicky Grist also mentioned a rumour that Loix will sacked after Mexico, and McRae will take his place...
