flexible-flyer should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
small f3 question

if a scolarship driver ever came say 1st, 2nd or 3rd in a race overall would he still be allowed to go onto the main podium or does he just have to to stand on the scolarship podium whilst whoever came 4th overall got to go onto the championship podium?

He'd still have to stand on the scholarship podium. There's one podium for the scholarship cars and the other is for championship cars, there's no overall podium.

Cheesey's absolutely right. The two classes are entirely separate (except when they punt each other off the track!)

Mind you, you wouldn't be as proud of your race win if you were a champ driver and you were beaten by a schoolboy, would you?

Took me a while to realise that the whole points thing was different - if you look at the results published in the press or even on MST-group.co.uk, they will just list the top ten drivers, including the scholars, which, given Nesto, Karun and Steve's performances this year, and Adam and co's last year, must be really annoying for a load of guys who've battled really hard for those last points-paying positions.

Ho hum!
