brands hatch 10th may cscc

would just like to say thankyou to everyone on post 5 as this was only my 3rd time out in orange having had a nightmare meet at brands a few months before where i concidered not doing it again. i thouroughly enjoyed myself and actually learnt something be it at the hands of the drivers that went into the gravel . also was given the chance to do some flag work so thanks to richard sneader and paul who i was put with and see you on the bank again

Glad you gave it another chance Jay. It's a pity you didn;t enjoy your 1st meeting but as you can see those are in the minority & you have fun the majority of the time.

What meeting was the nightmare, mine was Sunday when a Jag tried to join us in Post 23
Just glad you gave it another try. the first 25 years are the worst.

nightmare was 2nd time i done it at post 10 at brands down to the people i was with but yes onwards and upwards and shall be out again prob lydden next

well done jim for sticking with it and sorry i didn't give you a wave on 5 as i was a tad busy trying to get to grips with the megane !!!!!!
well done to all the marshal guys and gals at brands for another great days marshaling on a lovely day for once.
also a quicky appology from one of the xsport racing guys for chucking oil all over the place at graham hill bend and then bursting into flames and scaring himself and you guys .oops .

That'd be me he ended up with Woody - only my second ever time as Obs and ended up having to report a fire just before asking for the rescue unit for to come to the aid of one of the tin-tops drivers. Thankfully, due to the speed and professionalism of everyone involved both incidents were dealt with very promptly - Well Done Guys & Girls!!!!
