Jay should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid

Possible METRO Strike for the 3 days of the GP! For average Joe GP goer, like me the Metro is the ONLY way to get to the track! http://uk.sports.yahoo.com/000529/6/a8m7r.html

They better settle it or it will be HELL!

Any suggestion that the strikers were put up to it by the British GP organisers, in order to show Silverstone in a better light, will of course be vehemently denied.

I've seen all of these suggested as possible ways to get to the track if a strike goes off.

(1) The circuit has parking spaces for the public. You get off the Jaques Cartier bridge, follow the sign for Ile Notre-Dame, and take that road all the way to the end, and the parking spaces are there.

(2) There is a ferry that runs from the end of Jacques Cartier Pier (Old Montreal) to Ile Ste. Helene, and from there it is a short walk past the Metro that you should have arrived at to the track entrance. The fare is $2 each way or something fairly cheap.

(3) Get dropped off on the Jacques Cartier Bridge, at the exit to the islands (half way along the bridge)...and you can walk from there (about 20-25 minutes

I've got one to add to Andy H's list.
I'm going to have someone drive me to the Casino, and drop me off there. 5 minute walk to the pit section.
