News coming from Pierer Mobility hosting KTM (in fact KM now…), Husqvarna, MV Agusta and GASGAS are not very good atm. https://www.paddock-gp.com/en/motogp...rtion-congrue/

I would guess the money they have spent on GP racing over considerable years now is not being matched by bike sales.

I tend to agree with you here. Several K markets are slowing now, like the US one. Not forgetting that the KTM range is rather narrow and those bikes have not the best reputation of reliability you can look for.

It seems like they are going under, quite what that means for the huge programs they operate I don't know, motocross here and USA, enduro, trials, Dakar,

When you look at it why the hell were they making cars, buying companies that were dying like Husqvarna, Gas Gas even MV Agusta to be honest

Very badly managed and greedy I think, and if I was Acosta et al I would be extremely worried right now

Its not very good reading at the moment about KTM, How much development and resources are you going to have. Maybe they are preying on a Repsol buy out.

I cant see this ending well sadly

Yikes, just read KTM is estimated as being nearly €3billion in debt.

Also read of a chance that RedBull might take over the team as they did with Minardi in F1.
Quote:
Group boss Stefan Pierer also enjoys a close business relationship with Mark Mateschitz, heir to the European half of the Red Bull group, a long-time KTM partner when it comes to its motorsport project, with the pair recently forming their own investment group together.

There has even been suggestions that, should KTM’s racing programme look set to face significant cuts, Red Bull could even step in as a potential new owner, taking the team completely in-house as it's done with its Formula 1 efforts.
Al ot of other info here as well as the above: https://www.the-race.com/motogp/ktm-...-under-threat/

yes it doesnt read well at all.

Some very very nervous bike riders in those 2 squads, and no development.
I cant see much success 2025 to be honest
